LESSON FLOW
Centering and Grounding Practice: Begin by nurturing a conscious awareness and inner connection with your body and mind, by engaging in simple mental exercises and breathing practices.
Warm-Up: Transition into a warm-up that incorporates gentle stretches and movements to awaken the body.
Main Flow: Move through the Surya Namaskar series integrated in a mindful breath flow, to promote strength, flexibility, and body coordination. We will also practice occasional deviations from the traditional flow, to enhance its benefits.
Preparation for Relaxation: Focus on toning and stress-relieving poses for the neck, shoulders, and lower back.
Relaxation: End with a calming relaxation (savasana) to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated for the rest of the day.
The class can be booked and paid for as a single class or booked with the Morning or Unlimited Pack Plans. Classes may be cancelled due to weather conditions.
WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable clothes that do not restrain movement (leggings or yoga pants, sports bra for women, T-shirts or tops)
Your yoga mat
Water
Face towel
Leisure sheet or something similar to protect your mat
Insect repellent
Sunscreen
We recommend layering, especially in cooler seasons.
IMPORTANT
Please refrain from chewing gum, and wearing any type of jewelry and wristwatch during your practice. Please also set your mobile phone to silent mode.
