We will dive into the foundations of hip-hop dance while embracing the freedom of self-expression. No prior experience is needed – just bring your passion for movement and a willingness to explore the beats that drive the culture.


We will cover a wide range of hip-hop styles, but the focus is on building a strong foundation in technique while allowing room for individual flair. Challenge yourself with new moves and combinations, and watch your confidence soar with each class!

WHAT TO BRING

  • Comfortable clothes that do not restrain movement (leggings or sports pants, sports bra for women, T-shirts or tops)

  • Indoor sneakers

  • Water

  • Face towel


We recommend layering, especially in cooler seasons.

You can practice barefoot, but shoes provide better friction.
