High Heels dance is a style of dance that incorporates the use of high-heeled shoes as an integral part of the choreography. It is characterised by focus on sharp, precise movements and a strong sense of femininity and sensuality. It can be performed in a variety of styles, including hip hop, jazz, and contemporary, and often incorporates elements of vogueing, waacking, and other street dance styles.
Effect on the body
In a high heels dance class, several muscle groups are actively engaged to maintain balance, control, and fluid movement.
Dancing in heels involves a full-body workout, focusing on strength, stability, and flexibility.
No level or dance experience limitations!

Comfortable clothes that do not restrain movement (leggings or sports pants, sports bra for women, T-shirts or tops)
High heel shoes with ankle support

We recommend layering, especially in cooler seasons.
We may provide the studio shoes for the first lesson.
