Q. What should I wear?

A. We recommend wearing clothes that you feel comfortable sweating in. Please take off your shoes just outside the yoga studio doors. For yoga lessons, we recommend leaving your socks off for a better grip on the mat. For contemporary dance, we recommend wearing long socks and long pants to prevent burns against the linoleum. For high-heeled lessons, we recommend 8-11 cm heels with good ankle support.

Q. What should I bring to the studio?

A. You are welcome to bring your beverage and a towel.
​

Q. Do you provide yoga props?
​
A. Yes! You can use our yoga mats, belts, blocks, boosters and towels free of charge! We ask you to kindly clean your mat after the lesson and put the props back to their storage place.

Q. Do you have a changing room at YODA?
​
A. Yes! We have a common changing space with two individual changing cabins.
​​

Q. Is there a shower at YODA?
​
A. No. We are sorry, but there is no shower at our studio.
​​

Q. Do you have a parking?​
​
A. No, we do not have a parking. But if you do some shopping in the nearby DAYZTOWN, you could use their parking lot for free.

Q. Can I come along to a session with my kids?
​
A. No. For the mutual convenience of our clients, attendance with young children is not allowed. Young children are welcome at our Kids Classes! For older children, if your child can follow the instructions and stay focused for 85 minutes, please be sure to book an individual slot for him or her
​

Q. My child is under 6 y.o. Can he/she attend to yoga/dance classes for kids?
​
A. It depends. We can consider your child if he or she can stay focused for 45 minutes without the presence of the parent or guardian.

Q. I would like to present a session at YODA as a gift. How can I do it?
​
A. Yes! Thank you for sharing YODA Studio with your dear ones! You can purchase our Gift Card and send it to the email address of the receiver.

Q. I want to buy a plan by cash, but there is no "Pay in Person" option. How should I proceed?
​
A. Currently, the platform we use does not support in person payments for pricing plans. Please contact us if you wish to pay in cash, and we will add the desired plan to your account manually.

Q. Is YODA Studio pets friendly?
​
A. No. We are sorry but our space is not suitable for pets.
