Just like last year, we invite you to join us in celebrating the beauty of cherry blossoms in the warm company of the YODA family. A refreshing yoga session, followed by a cozy picnic – what could be better on a sunny spring day?

About the event
Once again, we’re delighted to invite you to our Hanami Picnic!
The event will begin with a gentle yoga session, where our experienced instructor Zhenya will guide you through a series of poses and breathing exercises to help you feel both energised and refreshed. Expect a bit of challenge – after all, we’re awakening our senses in preparation for the picnic ahead! The session will be conducted in English, with Japanese support available.
Location
We’ll gather at the same beautiful park as last year, just across the road from the studio.
Please be sure to head to Takezono West Park and not Takezono Central or East Park!
Time
Yoga session: 10:00 – 11:00
Picnic: 11:30 – 14:30
What to Bring
For yoga:
Please bring a yoga mat! If you don’t have one, let us know, and we’ll have one ready for you.
A leisure sheet to place under your mat will add extra comfort.
Bring water if you need to stay hydrated.
Consider bringing insect repellent.
For the picnic:
Pack your bento and drinks, and bring a leisure sheet for sitting.
We’ll provide a park table with homemade treats to share – focaccia, chocolate muffins, tapioca coconut puddings, and a fresh salad. Feel free to bring something to share as well!
Don’t forget to bring any park gear or games for added fun.
