About the event
Yoo-hoo!! For the first time in our YODA life, we are ready to introduce to you our friend and a very experienced acro and handstand instructor, Olivier. And we are thrilled to announce that he has argeed to run a Handstand Workshop at YODA!
Join us to gain strength, balance and confidence, as you master the art of handstands. Let this practice take you to new heights!

WHAT TO EXPECT:
The session will have a thorough warm up and stretch intro, followed by lots of drills and practice tips to help everyone overcome physical and mental challenges to better get into, hold, and release a handstand. Personal advice will be offered to allow everyone to progress at their own pace.

Get to Know our Guest Instructor:
Olivier "Maluco" is a second degree Capoeira instructor and the founder of Reverse Gravity Acrobatics as well as the Brisbane Movement Academy schools of acrobatics and movement in Australia.
Oli trained acrobatics with Blair Johnston at Powerarts in Osaka, Japan, from 2005. They co-authored the book "The Power Arts Method".
He shares his time between drum making, engineering, photography and performing in shows as well as teaching regular acrobatics and capoeira classes.
Japan is a very special place for him, where he has important friends that he loves to visit.
His motto is "Movement is life" and he's passionate about teaching his arts.
