Contemporary dance often incorporates floor work, improvisation, and an exploration of space, rhythm, and body dynamics. It is known for its diverse techniques and unique approach to storytelling through dance, making it highly interpretive and innovative.

  • Long sports pants (to prevent friction burns)

  • Long socks, ideally sports socks made of cotton with elastane

  • Comfortable top
